[font=微软雅黑, &]根据管局要求本次备案信息中“主体证件 ”信息需与原接入商“主体证件 ”的信息保持一致，若发生变更需先到原接入商进行变更备案或注销后重新提交，这是备案初审没有通过，反馈过来的问题，怎么解决？

初次备案，主办单位所属区域和主办单位通讯地址一定要保持一致吗？ 如果是深圳注册的公司，主办单位所属区域填写的是注册地址，深圳的。那主办单位通讯地址可以填写广州的地址吗？ 备案成功后，主办单位通讯地址后面可以更改吗？修改主办单位通讯地址，需不需要再备案？
