近日,阿里又曝出全资收购杭州中天微系统有限公司(简称中天微系统)，后者是一家嵌入式CPU IP的供应商。阿里巴巴CTO张建锋表示，收购中天微是阿里巴巴芯片布局的重要一环，中天微的IP Core是基础芯片能力的核心，进入IP Core领域是中国芯片实现“自主可控”的基础。放眼全球，在AI芯片这篇领域里跑在前面的玩家已经打得火热：谷歌母公司Alphabet、Facebook和苹果都在近期宣布了新动....

“中国芯”雄起！阿里达摩院自主研发AI芯片

近日，记者获悉，阿里巴巴达摩院正研发一款神经网络芯片——Ali-NPU，该芯片将运用于图像视频分析、机器学习等AI推理计算。按照设计，该芯片的性价比将是目前同类产品的40倍。此款芯片的研发，未来将会更好的实现AI智能在商业场景中的运用，提升运算效率、降低成本。阿里达摩院研究员骄旸介绍，CPU、GPU作为通用计算芯片，为处理线程逻辑和图形而设计，处理AI计算问题时功耗高，性价比低，在AI计算领....
