通管局已经不给.CC域名备案了，手里还有好几个四字母的CC域名，要在国内使用有什么办法吗？
通管局已经不给.CC域名备案了，手里还有好几个四字母的CC域名，要在国内使用有什么办法吗？ 2012,2014年就注册了的四字母CC域名，现在通管局官方不给备案了，请问大神们还有其他备案渠道吗？或者还有没有其他方法在国内使用呢？因为没有备案的话在微信端也是不能使用的，求解。。

为什么通管局找不到需要备案的域名 ？
7月19日通过阿里云备案初审，说是已经提交到了通管局，可是打电话到通管局问，说未找到此域名的备案信息？这是为什么？还是说，阿里云根本就没有提交上去。
