购买别商家的域名在阿里云备案是否需要为该域名办理文化许可证？
公司之前在阿里云服务器购买了服务器、域名并且已经备案成功；公司又购买了别商家的域名下文简称B域名，想要B域名指向之前购买的服务器IP；也就是说两个域名指向同一个IP地址；由于国家规定关于游戏等内容的网站都需要办理网络文化许可证，之前购买的已经办理过一次了，那么B域名备案也需要文化许可证是否需要单独的去办理一张文化许可证？
